Doing Manpower Planning and Budgeting (including new projects)
Sourcing CVs through job portals, employee referrals, social media and other sources
Co-ordinating with functional heads for shortlisting of CVs and lining up the candidates for interview.
Negotiating with the selected candidate on CTC part.
Completing Joining Formalities and organizing orientation program.
Planned talent hiring for upcoming business Projects within a prescribed lead time of 30 days
Preparing Job Descriptions for all the positions including Vacant Positions
Reduction in recruitment expenses through cost Effective Hiring
Maintaining & Updating Candidates database and retrieve data as and when required
Timely completion of MIS reporting and compliance to HR Recruitment scorecard
Build network with external agencies and consultant to get best talent available for required positions
Implement Employee Engagement and communication initiatives as per guidelines
Certifying the Invoices of Manpower Agencies
Keep abreast with all organizational changes
Knowledge of Job Portals
Ability to build network around industry sources to acquire best talents needed for internal position
Ability to build rapport cross functionally
Shall be MSW, MHRM or MBA in Human Resources Management
Shall have minimum of 4-7 years of experience. Candidate having good exposure in Talent Acquisition will be preferred
